As loyal patrons of this hotel for the past 5-6 years, our recent stay at Brook Pointe was once again enjoyable. We have always appreciated the friendly and efficient front desk staff, especially upon our early morning arrival. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Our 13-year-old girls were thrilled with the evening fire, zip line, pool, and vintage Pac-Man game. Despite the limited breakfast options due to government regulations, the hotel did their best with a grab-and-go bag.

I loved the room with awesome spa tub, the bed was extremely comfy. The facilities such as central heating, multi-channel television, coffee and tea making equipment were available.

The room I stayed in was spacious and had a fridge, microwave, and a fold-out loveseat. The real keys to the rooms were a unique touch. I also enjoyed the convenience of the coffee bar and snacks in the lobby. The views from the windows were serene, providing a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay.

I was a bit disappointed by the limited availability of downstairs rooms, especially for individuals with disabilities.

Everything was simply terrific. Booked a room with a jetted tub. The staff was very helpful and helpful, I stayed for 2 nights. It offered good service and amazing food too.

As a first-time guest, I was blown away by my stay at this hotel. It had a unique camping vibe with trails, a zipline, and a fire pit, while still providing the cozy comfort of a hotel. The large rooms were spotlessly clean and had a separate sink from the bathroom. The hotel was also pet-friendly and the A/C worked perfectly to keep us cool. The location near a beautiful lake was a bonus, and the friendly staff made our check-in and out process a breeze. a fantastic experience!

Room #115 was to expensive for what we received. It had no refrigator, no micro, and only a queen size bed in a spa room, which we did not use and the tv was to small. Breakfast was just ok. We stayed there once before and it was much better and that's why we went back this time. The pool had dirty sidewalls. Sorry but we were a litte disapointed in the price as well as the quality that it once was. Staff was great. We heard it had new owners. Hope this helps.
